What does G.A.T.E. stand for?

G.A.T.E. stands for ‘Government Assistance for Tuition Expenses’

What is G.A.T.E.?

Tuition fees are partially funded by the government for students who qualify for G.A.T.E.  The Ministry of Education will pay 50% of the tuition fees for a G.A.T.E. Approved Programme and the student will be required to pay the balance of the programme fees. G.A.T.E. is managed by the Funding and Grants Administration Unit of the Ministry of Education (M.O.E.).  Please view the Ministry of Education’s GATE flyer and visit their website for additional details.
