Level 2 Diploma in Process Technology - Petroleum OperationsWho should enroll in this programme? If you are interested in a career as a process technician/operator but have little or no experience in this field or if you wish to obtain an internationally recognized qualification, then the Level 2 Diploma in Process Technology is the ideal introductory programme for you. Certification Graduates of the Level 2 Diploma in Process Technology will receive certification from the City & Guilds of London Institute and be eligible for entry into the Level 3 Diploma in Process Technology programme. Entry Requirements To qualify for entry into this programme, students must satisfy one of the following criteria: 16 years or older and four (4) O’ Level passes inclusive of English & Mathematics; or equivalent qualifications e.g. GCE O’ Levels. OR 16 years or older, five (5) years exposure to secondary school and successful completion of pre-qualifying programme – see office for details. OR 21 years or older, minimum of two (2) years relevant and verified working experience and evidence of completing secondary education. Course Content Students will study and be assessed on a wide variety of subjects including process science and calculations, instrumentation, measurement and control, health and safety, petroleum technology etc. Papers and assessments required for completion of this programme include:
