Level 3 Diploma in Process Technology - Petroleum Operations

Who should enroll in this programme?

If you have successfully completed the Level 2 Diploma in Process Technology programme or equivalent, then the Level 3 Diploma in Process Technology is the programme for you.

Certification

Students who complete the Level 3 Diploma in Process Technology programme successfully will obtain certification from the City & Guilds of London Institute and be eligible for entry level process technician/operator positions.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for this programme include certification in Level 2 Diploma in Process Technology or equivalent.

Course Content

Students will study and be assessed on a wide variety of subjects including process control and fault diagnosis, compressors and compression technology, heat transfer and fluid flow, petroleum technology, steam generation and distribution etc.

  • 0610-31-311 Principles of Process Control and Fault Diagnosis
  • 0610-31-312 Principles of Compressors and Compression Technology
  • 0610-31-332 Petroleum Technology

Programme fees include registration, examination, course material and tuition fees. This programme is G.A.T.E. (Government Assistance for Tuition Expenses) funded.
