Registration Requirements

Students must have the following to register for a City & Guilds programme:

  1. Non-refundable registration fee of $595.00
  2. All Registration Documents:
    • Two (2) passport size pictures
    • Original valid ID and two (2) photocopies (i.e. National ID card or Passport only)
    • Original Birth Certificate and two (2) photocopies
    • Academic Records e.g. City and Guilds Certificates and other relevant certificates. See specific programme for details.
    • Official letter from employer verifying working experience (if applicable). See specific programme for details.
    • All Certificates or Transcripts that prove previous G.A.T.E. Funded Programme was successfully completed. (Required by Students who have previously received G.A.T.E. Funding and who are applying for GATE for a new programme.)
  3. Beneficiary information for student insurance (optional):
    • Beneficiary’s Name
    • Beneficiary’s Address
    • Beneficiary’s ID No.
  4. A parent or guardian present if the student is under 18 years and registering for a G.A.T.E. Approved Course.

Students must have the following to register for a short course:

  1. Short course payment
  2. All Registration Documents:
    • One (1) passport size picture
    • Original valid ID and one (1) photocopy (i.e. National ID card, Passport or Driver's Permit)

Students must have the following to register to rewrite an examination:

  1. Non-refundable registration fee of $595.00 (for new ATC students) or $300.00 (for current and past ATC students)
  2. All Registration Documents:
    • Two (2) passport size pictures
    • Original valid ID and two (2) photocopies (i.e. National ID card or Passport only)
    • Past City and Guilds Certificates (if applicable)
