Who should enroll in this programme?

If you have successfully completed the Draughting 1 programme or have sufficient work experience and you would like to have an internationally recognized qualification, then the Draughting 2 programme is ideal for you. Many draughtsmen are employed by architectural, engineering and construction firms as in-house draughtsmen.

Certification

Students who complete this programme successfully will obtain certification from City & Guilds of London Institute and be eligible for entry level draughtsman positions. Please note that this programme comprises two modules from the C&G Advanced Technician Diploma in Construction.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for this programme include:

certification in Draughting 1 or equivalent

OR

21 years or older, minimum of two (2) years relevant and verified working experience.

Course Content

This is a manual draughting programme i.e. students draw designs by hand. Students build upon their core knowledge and apply draughting concepts, techniques and skills in architectural and engineering drawings.

6165-30-174 Architectural Design 4 Practice

The papers and assessments listed above are from the C&G Advanced Technician Diploma in Construction.
