This 48 hour programme is ideal for team members, team leaders or those who want to lead, organise and motivate a team.
These qualifications are designed to help you boost your performance as a team member and help you make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.

Graduates of this programme will receive certification from ILM.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for this programme include an award in Leadership and Team Skills or equivalent.

Course Content

A minimum of 13 credits and a maximum of 36 credits are required to achieve this qualification. Units may be chosen from group 1 and 2.  A maximum of 6 credits may be taken from group 2. The duration of the programme is dependent on the units chosen. The duration of the programme is dependent on the units chosen.
