Who should enroll in this programme?

If you have successfully completed the MEEET1 or the Level 2 (Mech.) programme or equivalent, then this is the programme for you.

Certification

Students who complete this programme successfully will obtain certification from the City & Guilds of London Institute and be eligible for entry level mechanical engineering technician positions.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for this programme include certification in MEEET1, Level 2 (Mech.) or equivalent.

Course Content

Students will study and be assessed on a wide variety of mechanical related subjects.

Papers and assessments required for completion of this programme include:

2850-88-301 Engineering health and safety
2850-88-302 Engineering principles
2850-88-356 Principles of engineering maintenance, installation and commissioning
2850-88-321 Maintenance of pneumatic systems
2850-88-322 Power generation systems and ancillary equipment
2850-88-330 Organizing and Managing Engineering Operations

Programme Fees

Programme fees include registration, examination, lab, course material and tuition fees. Tuition is partially funded by GATE for those students who qualify for GATE. For more information on fees please contact one of our many branch offices.

Learning Pathways and Enhancement Programmes

Successful students may enroll in our Process Technology or Instrumentation programmes to become multiskilled.
